I finished the lighting design project in Siida museum January 2022. I created inviting atmosphere by adjusting the levels to bring up the light dramaturgy inside the exhibition houses. I worked with Finnish companies Sun Effects and Saas Instruments and Saas delivered lights with custom specified colour temperatures and lenses for indoor lighting. Linear lights were custom lengths and in the rectangular boathouse they were f.e. four meters long. Nice unified look matching the boat lengths. All together I used three different lighting manufacture brands. All lights (EWO and Traxon) for outside were provided by Sun Effects. The weather demands are exceptional and this was studied carefully when choosing the lighting tools for this project. 27 000 visitors visited outdoor museum 2021.      Comments are closed.
